Rescue/Engine 26

Rescue/Engine 26 is a 2007 Pierce Dash chassis with a 6-passenger cab and a Pierce Extended Rescue Pumper body. It features a 1,500 GPM Hale single-stage, rear-mount pump with a gallon booster tank, a piston-ejection foam system, and a 35-foot pneumatic mast quartz light tower.

This Rescue Pumper is equipped with two 200-foot handlines of 1 3/4-inch soft jacket hose preconnected in a speed lay, as well as 150 feet of 2 1/2-inch and another 200 feet of 1 3/4-inch soft jacket hose preconnected from the rear bed. It includes 1,200 feet of LDH in a dead lay and 50 feet of 1 1/4-inch hard jacket booster hose on a reel in the front bumper.

Additionally, it comes with scene lighting, 48 feet of ground ladders, a complete set of battery-operated Hurst extrication and lifting equipment, rollover stabilization equipment, salvage and overhaul tools, ventilation equipment, IDLH monitoring instruments, water rescue gear, small mechanics tools, and a full set of ropes. Rescue/Engine 26 is truly a toolbox on wheels.
