On 10/5 at 0705, Townsend along with Citizens Hose Company of Smyrna were dispatched to a car fire on Rt 1 NB @ DuPont Pkwy. Rescue Engine 26 arrived with a fully involved car. The fire was put out with one line in service. The scene was turned over to DSP. Thank you to Citizens Hose Company of Smyrna for their assistance.
