On Saturday morning, July 12th, The Townsend Fire Company hosted a tool demonstration by ESI Equipment Sales, of Halmatro rescue equipment. Once the demonstration was completed, members went to work on several cars, vans and commercial vehicles to see how the tool worked for themselves. At the end, the Halmatro tools were put up against our current Hurst tools to see them perform in a head-to-head competition. Thank you to Pat Grubb from ESI for bringing the Halmatro equipment and performing the demonstration for our company.
