On June 30th members from Townsend Fire Company, New Castle County Paramedics and 911 Public Safety Operator were all reunited with Lucas who was born on June 5th in his parents car in Townsend. We are so happy that we were able to reunite with the family and get to meet Lucas's sisters. Congratualtions to all!
