On November 13, 2022 @ around 18:13 Townsend Fire Company along with Odessa Fire Company, NCC Paramedics, Kent County Paramedics and Trooper 4 were dispatched to a MVC with Multiple patients at the intersection of Dupont Hwy and Summit Bridge Rd. Upon arrival one vehicle was on fire and the second vehicle had an occupant trapped. There was a total of three patients transported. One transprted by Townsend Fire Companies Ambulance, one trasported by Odessa Fire Companies Ambualnce and one transported by Trooper 4.
