On March 4, 2022 @ 1630 hrs, Townsend Fire company, NCC and KC Paramedics, EMS Station 64, and Trooper 4 were dispatched to the area of Rte 13 and Blackbird Landing Road for a MVC with unconscious subject.  The arrival of the first sue officer (26C1) reported entrapment. NCC EMD 3 was on scene and found seven patients, with three priority ones. Additional units were alerted, totaling eight BLS, six ALS and four medevacs. Three patients were extricated, four were transported, one was flown by LifeNet 64, two by ground to CER, one pedatric flow to Nemours Childrens hospital by Trooper 4, also obtained three refusals at the scene.
